Item Processing Time
When you place your order, we move it through a quality control process to ensure that the order is filled accurately and in a timely manner. We focus on ensuring that there are no defective products.
Processing times can vary depending on a number of factors including number of products, product design, and complexity of packaging. Products that possess embellishments, decorative work, special stitching, or other details may require more quality control before they are shipped.
Simple items may experience processing times of 1-3 days. More complicated orders may take up to 5 days, and in some rare instances, 7 days. Delivery time will be impacted by public holidays and peak purchasing times.
Flat rate shipping: Not all items will be eligible for flat rate shipping, depending on size, weight, and other factors.
Limitations: Some shipping carriers will not permit certain items and that can impact delivery time.
Customs and Import Duties
Each country has its own import and customs duties and our prices do not reflect this. These fees may need to be paid when you accept delivery of the items. If you refuse delivery, these items will be returned to us. We may attempt to recoup these extra charges, and the initial delivery charges that will be incurred by us in these instances directly from you as a result. This may be completed by deducting these charges from any refund owed you.
Signing for Delivery
In the event that you will not be available to accept your delivery, our couriers will attempt to deliver the items with 2 of your neighbors first. Any specific instructions you provide will only constitute a request and may not be guaranteed.
Our Return Policy
We know that at times a product may not fit properly or be what you expected. In this case, follow these steps.
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Have your order number on hand and email us with that in the subject line to speed up the return process. Note: We will only accept products that are unopened, unworn, unused, and undamaged.
- Maintain the original packaging, including any tags, shoeboxes, or dust bags.
- Package any returned items properly to avoid damage during transit.
- When your return is authorized, you will receive an email for the return shipping label, which is necessary and require for every package being returned to us.
How to Return an Item
You can either return an item by:
- Using a reverse pickup process from your shipping address. This is only available in select areas, though.
- Self-ship the package back to us. It needs to reach our warehouse within 10 days in order to properly complete the return.
If you receive damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If possible, send photographs of the damage so we can provide the right level of assistance. The refund will be provided to the credit card or other payment process by which you purchased the merchandise.
Returns must be received by our warehouse with original tags in order to process the refund. Items with missing tags will not be eligible for refund.
Additional Refund Information
Any items that need to be returned due to size issues will provide a store credit for use on any other sale events showcased on the website. These store credits must be used within 1 year of issue.
Refund amounts will not include shipping charges or other fees. You cannot collect refunds based on vouchers used at the time of purchase.
